Depending on compatibility and authorization, service may include replacement-key evaluation, spare-key programming, key-recognition diagnostics, remote testing, emergency-blade cutting, steering-lock diagnosis, and supported vehicle-security-module synchronization. Common requests involve compatible BMW 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 Series vehicles, X-series SUVs, and select Z and i models, plus compatible Mercedes-Benz C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, CLA, CLS, GLA, GLB, GLC, GLE, GLS, Metris, and Sprinter vehicles. Similar-looking keys are not automatically compatible, and used keys may not be reusable.
We identify whether the concern is likely the key, vehicle battery, antenna, ignition authorization, steering lock, wiring, or another control module before recommending work.
